We're looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our client base in the UK and US markets. If you enjoy speaking with decision-makers, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilties:

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other outbound sales channels.
Conduct discovery calls with potential clients in the UK and US markets.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
Understand client hiring challenges and present our staffing and recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
Research target companies, decision-makers, and market trends.
Collaborate with the recruitment and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Achieve weekly and monthly outreach, meeting, and lead generation targets.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and virtual meetings.

Requirement's:

1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be confident handling client calls with UK and US-based clients.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Must be comfortable working in UK and US shifts.
Previous experience in the staffing, recruitment, IT services, or outsourcing industry will be considered a strong advantage.
